The world of EmberLore stands on the brink of destruction and rebirth. Once a harmonious realm governed by the balance of the elemental forces—known and unknown—the stability of EmberLore was shattered when Solrath, the Dragon of Oblivion, awoke from its ancient slumber. Its flames ravaged the land, turning kingdoms to ash and bringing chaos to the once-peaceful inhabitants.

The Elemental Rift

Long before Solrath’s rise, the elemental forces were kept in equilibrium by the Elders of EmberLore, a powerful council that channeled the raw energies of the elements to maintain harmony between humankind and the mystical beings known as Embers. These Embers, born from the very essence of EmberLore’s magic, acted as custodians of elemental power, sustaining the balance of the realm.

However, in his ambition to dominate the elements, Solrath unknowingly set in motion a series of events that would forever alter the world. He called forth four legendary beasts—each embodying immense elemental power in feline and canine forms—tasked with maintaining the delicate balance between the Embers and humankind. Initially intended to protect the realm, these creatures soon became corrupted by their own power. Turning on one another, they plunged EmberLore into chaos. Their violent clashes tore through cities, forests, and mountains, disrupting the elemental harmony and ravaging entire regions in their wake.

This violent upheaval, coupled with the greed and fracturing within the Elders’ council, gave rise to the Elemental Rift—a catastrophic event that shattered the natural equilibrium. With EmberLore’s defenses weakened, Solrath was able to break free from his ancient prison, unleashing the power of the Primordial Flame and plunging the world into darkness.

The Last Hope: The Dragon Lords

In this age of turmoil, a prophecy emerged. It spoke of the Dragon Lords, heroes blessed with the unique ability to harness and command elemental powers. These warriors and mages, chosen by fate, would rise from the ashes to stand against Solrath and restore balance to the world. But the journey is perilous: the Dragon Lords must master the complex dynamics of their elemental powers, form alliances, and navigate the treacherous political landscapes left in the wake of the Elemental Rift.
